Message from the President
2017 was a busy year for the Northern New England Association of Healthcare Executives (NNEAHE) and while that year just came to a close, we are actively working on plans to make 2018 equally busy.
We will hold our Annual Meeting at the Wentworth By the Sea in New Castle, NH on November 2nd and 3rd with the anticipation that we will once again offer a Thursday ACHE On-Location event providing 6 Category 1 (Face to Face) credits. Those sessions always deliver new ways to think about our respective organizational issues and their potential solutions, while simultaneously providing a local, cost effective opportunity to receive Category 1 credits.
In addition to our Annual Meeting, we are also planning a Spring Education Event again this year. Watch your e-mail for an announcement in the coming months for a one-day event held in the Concord, NH area. Again, this is a great way to network and receive education locally.
In closing, and as I wrap up my first year as your Chapter President, I have had a bit of an opportunity to reflect on our work this past year and determine ways to improve in the coming year. As always, our chapter goals will focus on providing outstanding education sessions to our members, but also to grow our membership and increase mentoring activities for new professionals. I look forward to providing you more information on those efforts in the near future.
Kevin W. Donovan, FACHE
President, NNEAHE Chapter
We have a lot of educational offerings available to our NNEAHE members this fall. Here’s the current list and we plan to add more in the coming months. All of our events have been approved for Category I or Category II credits. Click on our Events page for more details on how to register for these programs.
